About Me

 Level 26, currently based in Paarl, South Africa. I studied for a Bachelor of Education in 2015, specialising in the Foundation Phase. I have since obtained my TEFL qualification to Teach English as a Foreign Language.

I have a diverse range of passions, including coffee, cycling, photography, and spreading joy. The only similarity I have with the loud crowd who party all night is that my bed also only sees me in the early hours of the morning.

This blog came out from my experiences. I sought therapy to move on from Complex PTSD-based anxiety and depression after multiple breakdowns due to a traumatic past. I'd love to offer therapy classes, although the plan is to get some certification first... For now, you can book general Life Coaching sessions with me :) I welcome all and any non-native English speakers to book an online English lesson!
